The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue four million shares to the estate of a former arm's-length party of the company at a deemed price of five cents per share and to settle outstanding debt of $200,000. Certain of the beneficiaries of the estate are non-arm's-length parties of the company.
