Early Warning Report

Vancouver, BC, October 20, 2026 - Coenda Investments Holding Corp. (the "Acquiror"), a company controlled by Kerem Akbas, Chief Executive Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer of Planet Based Foods Global Inc., located at 2250 - 1055 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, BC V6E 2E9 (the "Issuer"), announces that it has disposed of ownership and control over an aggregate of 6,990,000 subordinate voting shares in the capital of the Issuer (the "SVS") through private sales to certain purchasers (the "Transaction"), which represents approximately 19.98% of the issued and outstanding SVS of the Issuer.

Prior to the Transaction, the Acquiror owned and controlled 19,523,809 SVS of the Issuer, representing approximately 55.81% of the Issuer's total issued and outstanding SVS. Following the Transaction, the Acquiror owns and controls 12,533,809 SVS of the Issuer, representing approximately 35.83% of the Issuer's total issued and outstanding SVS. Percentages are based on 34,985,232 SVS issued and outstanding as of October 20, 2026.

The Acquiror sold 6,990,000 SVS to certain purchasers at a price of $0.010204 per SVS for aggregate consideration of $71,325.96. The SVS were disposed of for investment purposes and the Acquiror may, directly or indirectly, depending on market and other conditions, acquire beneficial ownership of, control or direction over, additional SVS or other securities of the Issuer, through market transactions, private agreements or otherwise. The Acquiror may, depending on market and other conditions, sell any or all of its securities in the Issuer.
