PLANET BASED FOODS PROVIDES UPDATE ON PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Planet Based Foods Global Inc. has been granted an extension by the Canadian Securities Exchange to complete its previously announced non-brokered private placement of subordinate voting shares at a price of 10 cents per share for gross aggregate proceeds of up to $3-million.
