PROVENANCE GOLD ISSUES STOCK OPTIONS

Provenance Gold Corp. has granted 4.8 million stock options to certain officers, directors and consultants of the company. The options have an exercise price of 12 cents per share, have a 36-month term from the date of the grant and vest immediately.

Private placement

The company wishes to thank all those who have expressed interest in its private placement. It welcomes its new strategic investors and wishes to thank shareholders for their support. The placement is fully subscribed, and the company expects to close on Oct. 4, 2024.
