PARENT CAPITAL ANNOUNCES $400,000 PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Parent Capital Corp. has arranged a private placement offering of up to 6,666,667 units of the company at a price of six cents per share for gross proceeds of up to $400,000. Each unit will consist of a common share of the company and a warrant exercisable to acquire an additional common share at a price of nine cents per share for a period of two years.

Net proceeds of the offering will be used for general corporate purposes. The company may pay finders' fees on all or part of the offering. Closing of the offering is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
