PARENT CAPITAL ANNOUNCES $300,000 PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Parent Capital Corp. has arranged a private placement offering of up to six million common shares of the company at a price of five cents per share for gross proceeds of up to $300,000.

Net proceeds of the offering will be used for general working capital purposes. The company may pay standard finders' fees on all or part of the offering. Closing of the offering is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
