April 30, 2025 - Vancouver, British Columbia - Parent Capital Corp. (the "Company") (TSX-V: PAR.H) announces the resignation of Scott Davis as CFO. The Company would like to thank Mr. Davis for his valuable contributions to the Company and wishes him success in his future endeavors.
