PARENT CAPITAL ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR RESIGNATION

Parent Capital Corp.'s Scott Davis has resigned as chief financial officer. The company would like to thank Mr. Davis for his valuable contributions to the company and wishes him success in his future endeavours.

John Anderson, chief executive officer, will act as CFO for the company on an interim basis while the company completes its search for a new CFO.
