PARAGON ADVANCED LABS ENGAGES KOENIG SCIENTIFIC

Paragon Advanced Labs Inc. has hired Koenig Scientific to support its geochemistry capacity expansion, optimize workflows, and ensure continual improvement of quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) reference materials, and pro-active ISO/IEC 17025 compliance and performance.

Koenig Scientific, led by Alan Koenig, is an independent technical consultancy specializing in analytical instrumentation, method optimization and laboratory best practices. The firm supports laboratories, instrumentation companies, critical metals producers and advanced materials manufacturers with improving analytical performance, QA/QC systems, and operational efficiency.

Alan Koenig is the founder and chief technology wizard of Koenig Scientific LLC. Mr. Koenig brings more than two decades of experience across industry, government and consulting. Most recently, he served as technical adviser, analytical labs and analytical laboratory manager, at one of the world's largest gold producers.

Program focus areas

Geochemistry expansion readiness:  aligning quality systems, sample handling protocols and analytical workflows with the expanded capacity, throughput, and scope being introduced across the laboratory network

Workflow optimization:  end-to-end review and refinement of laboratory workflows to improve turnaround times, reduce variability, and enhance the customer experience as sample volumes scale

Continual QA/QC improvement:  continuing enhancement of the company's QA/QC framework, including refinement of standard operating procedures, additional personnel training and strengthened internal controls

ISO/IEC 17025 quality system:  continued performance and monitoring under the company's accredited quality system, enhanced internal controls, and expanded capacity across sample preparation and analysis
