Purpose Active Conservative to trade on TSX

The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Purpose Active Conservative Fund will be listed at 5:01 p.m. on Oct. 23, 2023, for trading at the open on Oct. 24, 2023. According to the TSX, there will be 50,000 units of the exchange-traded fund (ETF) issued and outstanding, with no securities reserved for issuance. The units will trade under the symbol PACF, in Canadian dollars and with Cusip No. 74639B 10 9.

The TSX reports that the ETF seeks to provide unitholders with a combination of income and moderate long-term capital growth, primarily by investing in a diverse portfolio of equity securities and fixed income securities located anywhere in the world. The ETF's objective is to outperform a passive balanced strategy over a full market cycle on a risk-adjusted basis. The ETF expects to pay cash distributions on its units, if any, on a quarterly basis.

According to the TSX, the ETF's manager is Purpose Investments Inc., its transfer agent and registrar is TSX Trust Company at its principal office in Toronto, and its fiscal year-end is Dec. 31. As stated in its simplified prospectus dated Oct. 13, 2023, the ETF is issuing 50,000 units at $20 per unit in its initial public offering. It expects to close the offering before the open on Oct. 24, 2023. The designated market-maker is TD Securities Inc.
