OREX EXPLORATION INC. (TSX VENTURE: OX) (the "Company" or "Orex") - The Company announces that Mr. Mark Billings has resigned as a director and Interim President and CEO of the Company.

Commenting on this development, Jacques Levesque, CFO said: "Mark Billings has resigned in order to focus his attentions as chief Executive Officer of Canamex Resources Corp. and on other business interests.
