OVATION SCIENCE INC. ANNOUNCES DEATH OF BOARD MEMBER DOREEN MCMORRAN

Doreen McMorran, a member of Ovation Science Inc.'s board of directors, has passed away. Ms. McMorran served as a member of the board of directors and as vice-president since 2017, as chief operating officer since 2018, and as chief financial officer since 2023.

Terry Howlett, chief executive officer, added: "We are deeply saddened by the loss of Doreen McMorran. Doreen was not only an integral part of our leadership team as chief financial officer, chief operations officer and director, but also a valued colleague and friend. Her dedication, vision and strategic guidance were instrumental in shaping Ovation from its earliest days. On behalf of our entire team and board of directors, we extend our heartfelt condolences to her family and loved ones during this difficult time."
