2024 SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING

At Optimus Gold Corp.'s annual and special general meeting held earlier on April 16, 2024, John Brydle, Blaze Ettlinger, Stephen Kenwood, Georgia Knight and Vincent Teo were elected as directors. Mr. Brydle is continuing as president and chief executive officer. Shareholders reappointed Saturna Group Chartered Professional Accountants LLP as the company's auditor and approved the company's 10-per-cent rolling stock option plan.
