ONESOFT ANNOUNCES CHANGE IN BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Ron Odynski has tendered his resignation as a director of OneSoft Solutions Inc., effective immediately, due to personal health issues.

Mr. Odynski was one of the co-founders of the company, dating back to its formation as a junior capital pool and commencement of trading as a public company in 1996. He will continue to support OneSoft in any way that is helpful, until the company recruits his successor.

The OneSoft board of directors and management wish to thank Mr. Odynski for his strong commitment and 27 years of dedicated and valuable services and contributions to the company.
