OREGEN WELCOMES TATENDA MUHLE AS NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Oregen Energy Corp. has appointed Tatenda Muhle as its new chief financial officer, effective immediately. Concurrently, the company announces the resignation of Sean McGrath from the executive team and board of directors, effective Nov. 30, 2025. The company thanks Mr. McGrath for his dedicated service and contributions to the company and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.

Mr. Muhle is a senior financial executive and chartered accountant who brings broad international experience to Oregen Energy as chief financial officer. He began his professional training in Africa and has since built a strong career across senior finance, accounting and advisory roles with both public and private companies. Mr. Muhle's expertise spans corporate finance, financial reporting, governance, treasury and strategic planning. His disciplined, capital-markets-oriented approach and operational finance background will support Oregen's growth strategy and offshore exploration activities as the company advances its ambitions in Namibia.

Mason Granger, chief executive officer and director, commented: "We are excited to have Tatenda join our executive team to support our strategic investments in oil and gas exploration. His extensive background and professional experience and education in Africa will be an asset to our business as we evaluate opportunities in Namibia."

Mr. Muhle as holds a post graduate diploma in applied accounting science from the University of South Africa and a bachelor of accountancy (commerce) from the University of Zimbabwe and is a chartered accountant (CPA).
