ORCA CORRECTS Q3 QUARTERLY DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT

Orca Energy Group Inc. is issuing a correction to its news release, titled "Orca Announces Quarterly Dividend," dated Aug. 12, 2026. The Q3 (third quarter) quarterly dividend release stated the dividend would be payable to shareholders of record on Sept. 30, 2026. As Sept. 30, 2026, is a public holiday in Canada, the record date has been corrected to Sept. 29, 2026. All other information contained in the Q3 quarterly dividend release remains unchanged.
