ORCA ANNOUNCES SPECIAL DIVIDEND

Orca Energy Group Inc.'s board of directors has declared a cash dividend (the special dividend) of 50 cents per Class A common voting share of the company and 50 cents per Class B subordinate voting share of the company. The special dividend will be payable on Sept. 15, 2026, to holders of common shares of record on Aug. 31, 2026.
