ORCA ANNOUNCES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

Orca Energy Group Inc.'s board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 10 cents per Class A common voting share of the company and 10 cents per Class B subordinate voting share of the company. The dividend will be payable on Jan. 12, 2024, to holders of Class A shares and Class B shares of record on Dec. 29, 2023.
