ORCA ANNOUNCES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

Orca Energy Group Inc. has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 10 cents per Class A common voting share of the company and 10 cents per Class B subordinate voting share of the company. The dividend will be payable on Oct. 13, 2023, to holders of Class A shares and Class B shares of record on Sept. 29, 2023.
