APPOINTMENT OF NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Opawica Explorations Inc. has appointed Monty Sutton as its chief financial officer.
Mr. Sutton brings over 35 years of extensive experience in public markets, corporate governance, senior administration and accounting. Throughout his career, he has held key management and board positions in both private and publicly traded companies. Starting on the floor of the Vancouver Stock Exchange in 1987, Mr. Sutton has built a diverse background as a management accountant, investment advisor, equities trader and insurance specialist with a focus on resource exploration. He has also played critical roles in executive finance and corporate development, supporting large-scale capital projects and complex regulatory filings.
On behalf of the company, and personally, the company would like to sincerely thank Marcy Kiesman for her many years of dedicated service and leadership.
