The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Opsens Inc. will be delisted at the close on Dec. 13, 2023. According to the TSX, 9500-7704 Québec Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Haemonetics Corp., has acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares of the company pursuant to a plan of arrangement.

The TSX reports that shareholders of Opsens will receive $2.90 in cash, without interest, for each share held. To receive payment, shareholders must return the letter of transmittal with certificates and/or DRS advices for the shares to TSX Trust Company at its principal offices in Toronto.
