OOOOO ANNOUNCES ISSUANCE OF FIRST INSTALLMENT PAYMENT SHARES UNDER SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH Agoracom

OOOOO Entertainment Commerce Ltd., further to its news release on Jan. 17, 2022, has now received conditional approval from the TSX Venture Exchange for the on-line marketing agreement with Agoracom.

In connection with the services provided by Agoracom, the company has issued 43,750 common shares of the company at a deemed price of 48 cents per share to Agoracom as the first instalment payment of $20,000 plus applicable taxes.
