ORONOVA ENERGY INC. ANNOUNCES DEATH OF BOARD MEMBER BRUCE MURRAY

Vancouver, BC, Oronova Energy Inc. ("Oronova" or the "Company") (TSX.V: ONV.H) announces that Bruce Murray a member of the Board of Directors, has passed away.

Mr. Murray had been a director since 2021, contributing his experience of over 40 years of extensive experience in the oil and gas industry in the areas of exploration and production negotiations, acquisitions, gas marketing, general oil and gas operations and management to the Company. Mr. Murray held several executive roles throughout his career. During his leadership, several of those companies were sold for an aggregate of more than $300 million. In retirement, Mr. Murray continued as a board member of both private and public companies.

Geir Liland, Chief Executive Officer added, "I am very saddened by Bruce's passing. He was a tremendous supporter of the Company and for that, we will always be appreciative of his impact. The Oronova Energy team offers our sincerest condolences to his family at this time."
