01 QUANTUM INC. ANNOUNCES GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS

01 Quantum Inc.'s board of directors has approved the grant of 100,000 stock options to one of its directors to purchase up to 100,000 common shares at an exercise price of 89 cents per share. The options were granted on Nov. 17, 2025, pursuant to the terms of the company's stock option plan. The options have a term of four years expiring on Nov. 17, 2029, and vest in two equal tranches of 50,000 on May 12, 2026, and the remaining 50,000 on Nov. 12, 2026.
