01 COMMUNIQUE ANNOUNCES EFFECTIVE DATE OF NAME CHANGE TO 01 QUANTUM INC. ON THE TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE

Further to the shareholder meeting held on Sept. 10, 2025, 01 Communique Laboratory Inc. will be changing its name from 01 Communique Laboratory Inc. to 01 Quantum Inc. to better reflect its strategic evolution and focus on quantum-safe cybersecurity solutions for the digital era.

The company received approval by the TSX Venture Exchange for the name change on Sept. 15, 2025. The name change will become effective on the TSX-V at market open on Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2025, the company's trading symbol on the TSX-V will remain as ONE and has been assigned new CUSIP/ISIN numbers 98956J106/CA98956J1066.
