The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Oncolytics Biotech Inc. will list additional shares at the open on Aug. 8, 2023. As stated in the prospectus supplement dated Aug. 1, 2023, to the short form base shelf prospectus dated June 16, 2023, the company is issuing up to 6,667,000 units at $2.25 (U.S.) per unit in an offering.

According to the TSX, each unit will consist of one share and one warrant, with each warrant being exercisable at $2.81 (U.S.) per share until 5 p.m. Toronto time on the date that is 60 months following the closing date of the offering, subject to acceleration, as further described in the prospectus supplement.

The TSX reports that the units will separate immediately upon the closing of the offering. The warrants will not be listed and posted for trading on the TSX.
