Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated Oct. 9, 2024, and the expiry of the company's rights offering on Nov. 20, 2024, at 5 p.m. Toronto Time, the exchange has accepted for filing the rights offering pursuant to which the company issued 38,083,380 units at a subscription price of four cents per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $1,523,335.20. Each unit consisted of one common share and one common share purchase warrant, with each warrant exercisable into one common share at a price of seven cents per share for a period of 36 months from the issue date of the units, subject to an acceleration right.
