The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Organigram Holdings Inc. will list additional shares at the open on April 2, 2024. As stated in the prospectus supplement dated March 27, 2024, to the company's short form base shelf prospectus dated Oct. 6, 2023, Organigram is issuing 8,901,000 units at $3.23 per unit in an offering.

According to the TSX, each unit will consist of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one share at $3.65 per share for four years after the closing of the offering. The warrants will not be listed and posted for trading on the TSX.
