ORGANIGRAM TO REPORT FOURTH QUARTER AND FISCAL 2023 RESULTS ON DECEMBER 19, 2023

Organigram Holdings Inc. will report earnings results for its fourth quarter and fiscal 2023 ended Sept. 30, 2023, on Tuesday, Dec. 19, 2023, before market open.

The company will host a conference call to discuss its results.
