The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Organigram Holdings Inc. has rolled back its shares on a one-new-for-four-old basis, effective at the open on July 7, 2023. According to the TSX, the shares will continue trading under the symbol OGI. The new Cusip number is 68620P 70 5.

The TSX reports that no fractional shares will be issued in connection with the rollback. The number of shares to be received by a shareholder will be rounded up in the case of a fractional interest that is 0.5 or greater, or rounded down in the case of a fractional interest that is less than 0.5, to the nearest whole number of shares.

The TSX has been advised that the shares will be posted on a postconsolidated basis on the Nasdaq Global Select Market at the open on July 7, 2023.
