The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that 6705570 Canada Inc., a company owned and controlled by Pierre Alexandre, executive vice-president and a director of Orbit Garant Drilling Inc., has filed a notice of intention to sell up to one million shares of Orbit Garant starting March 7, 2025.

According to the TSX, 6705570 Canada currently holds 8,729,675 shares of Orbit Garant. A total of 8,863,530 shares are beneficially owned and controlled by Mr. Alexandre.
