ONENERGY INC. ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF 2024 ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

ONEnergy Inc. has released the results of its annual general meeting of shareholders, held on March 4, 2024.

At the meeting, shareholders approved the election of Stephen J.J. Letwin, Lawrence Silber and Ivan Bos as directors of the company, and approved the reappointment of Rice & Company LLP as auditor of the company.

A total of 5,257,040 common shares, representing approximately 21.9 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares as of the record date for the meeting, were represented in person or by proxy at the meeting.
