Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated May 30, 2023, and ONEnergy Inc.'s news release dated May 30, 2023, effective at the opening on Monday, June 5, 2023, the common shares of the company will be suspended for failure to maintain exchange requirements.

Members are prohibited from trading in the securities of the company during the period of the suspension or until further notice.
