ORACLE TO SETTLE $400,000 OF DEBT FOR $0.06 UNITS

Vancouver, British Columbia November 5, 2025. Oracle Energy Corp. (NEX: OEC.H,) ("Oracle" or the "Company") announces that that it intends to settle $400,000 of debt by issuing 6,666,667 $0.06 units ("Units") to various creditors (the "Debt Settlement"). Each Unit is comprised of one (1) common share of the Company and one common share purchase warrant (the "Warrants"), each full Warrant being exercisable at $0.08 for 12 months from the date of issue.

The Debt Settlement is subject to approval by the NEX Board of the TSX Venture Exchange and all securities issued pursuant to the Debt Settlement are subject to a 4 month hold period.
