ORACLE GETS CONDITIONALL APPROVAL OF FINANCING CLOSES FIRST TRANCHE

Vancouver, British Columbia September 12, 2025. Oracle Energy Corp. (NEX: OEC.H,) ("Oracle" or the "Company") further to its September 8, 2025 news release, the Company is pleased to announce that it has received Conditional Approval from the NEX Board of the TSX Venture Exchange for its non-brokered $0.05 unit (the "Units") private placement financing (the "Financing") for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $300,000. Each Unit is comprised of one (1) common share of the Company and one common share purchase warrant (the "Warrants"), each full Warrant being exercisable at $0.10 for 12 months from the date of issue.

Further, the Company announces that it is closing a $75,000 first tranche of the Financing, and will issue 1,500,000 Units to subscribers.

In connection with the Financing the Company may pay finders fees in cash and warrants in accordance with Exchange policies.

Proceeds of the Financing will be used for general working capital purposes.

All securities issued pursuant to the Financing are subject to a 4 month hold period.
