ODD BURGER ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND DIRECTOR DUE TO MEDICAL REASONS

Ted Sehl has resigned as the chief financial officer and director of Odd Burger Corp., effective Jan. 1, 2024, due to an unexpected and severe medical event requiring surgery. As a result, Mr. Sehl will no longer be able to perform the duties of chief financial officer and director and James McInnes has been appointed interim chief financial officer, effective Jan. 1, 2024. The board expects to embark on an extensive search for a permanent chief financial officer in due course.

The company would like to thank Mr. Sehl for his hard work and dedication and wishes him a speedy recovery. "Ted has made a significant contribution to our company, and we will miss him tremendously," said James McInnes, chief executive officer and co-founder of Odd Burger.
