OLIVE RESOURCE CAPITAL ANNOUNCES ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING RESULTS

Olive Resource Capital Inc. has released the results of the company's annual general and special meeting held in Toronto, Ont., on Sept. 19, 2025 (the AGSM).

The shareholders of the company approved all motions put forth at the AGM, including the re-election of the five incumbent directors, the reappointment of McGovern Hurley LLP as auditor of the company and the reapproval of the long-term incentive plan of the company. A total of 15,644,627 common shares of the company's issued and outstanding shares were represented in person or by proxy at the AGM.
