OLIVE RESOURCE CAPITAL PROVIDES UPDATE ON INVESTMENTS FOR AUGUST 2025

Olive Resource Capital Inc. has provided investors an update on its investments for the period ending Aug. 31, 2025.

As of the date of this release Olive Resource Capital has 106,144,709 common shares outstanding.

Samuel Pelaez, the company's president, chief executive officer, chief investment officer and director, stated: "The U.S. dollar was under pressure in August following comments of a possible lowering of interest by the Fed. Commodities themselves were flat, with the exception of gold which rose to fresh all-time highs in response to U.S. dollar weakness. Gold equities drastically outperformed the commodity, as money flows into the sector accelerated. The fall period is typically seasonally weak for the commodities sector, and at Olive we are currently investing more cautiously into the season."

Derek Macpherson, the company's executive chairman, stated: "Olive continues to deliver strong investment performance, with the companies, assets up 16 per cent in August alone and up 51 per cent year to date. This outperformance is driven by our concentration in high conviction investments in companies, like Omai Gold Mines, Arizona Sonoran and Aurion Resources. While overall the portfolio is weighted toward gold today, we continue to maintain a diversified portfolio and look at opportunities in all commodities, to be ready for the next leg in what we believe to be a broad commodity bull market."
