OBERON URANIUM CORP. SUCCESSFULLY EARNS 100% INTEREST IN THE LUCKY BOY PROPERTY

Oberon Uranium Corp. has earned a 100-per-cent interest in the company's past-producing Lucky Boy property located in Arizona, United State, pursuant to the option agreement respecting the property. To exercise the option, the company issued an aggregate of 250,000 common shares of the company to the optionor, each share issued at a deemed price of five cents per share for aggregate consideration of $12,500. The shares are subject to a four-month hold period.
