CHATHAM ROCK CORRECTION OF MINERAL RESOURCE RELATED STATEMENTS

WELLINGTON New Zealand - Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited (TSXV: "NZP", NZX: "CRP", FSE: "3GRE") ("CRP" or "the Company") advises that as a result of a review by the British Columbia Securities Commission, the Company is issuing the following news release to clarify its disclosure.

Information provided on the Company's website and specifically in its corporate presentation concerning the Company's Chatham Rise Project does not include an economic analysis supported by a compliant Technical Report under National Instrument 43-101. Investors should not rely on the economic analysis information in the Company's corporate presentation and website until a new technical report is filed on SEDAR+.
