Chatham Rock Phosphate Ltd. has issued a correction to the company's news release dated Jan. 26, 2024, which disclosed the participation of its insiders in the company's non-brokered private placement. The press release should have read that there were five insiders who participated in the offering. The previously announced aggregate units purchased by such insiders and their gross proceeds were correctly stated.
