NEW ZEALAND ENERGY ANNOUNCES EXTENSION OF OUTSTANDING CONVERTIBLE LOAN

Further to the July 20, 2021, Aug. 16, 2021, July 18, 2022, Oct. 31, 2022, and April 6, 2023, news releases, in connection with New Zealand Energy Corp.'s existing $2-million convertible loan agreement with Arizona Finance Ltd., the term of such convertible loan agreement has been extended, with the agreement of both the company and Arizona Finance, to July 20, 2025, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
