KIRKLAND LAKE, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Sept. 2, 2014) - NORDEX EXPLOSIVES LTD. ("Nordex" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:NXX) announced today that a total of 640,000 options to acquire common shares have been granted to the directors and senior officers of Nordex effective August 29, 2014 pursuant to the stock option plan of the company. The exercise price of the options is $0.43 per share. The options are exercisable for a period of 5 years from the date of grant. The grant of such stock options is subject to receipt of all necessary TSX Venture Exchange and regulatory approvals.
