NextGen Announces Changes in Directors and Officers

Vancouver, British Columbia December 15, 2025 NextGen Digital Platforms Inc. (CSE:NXT) (OTCQB:NXTDF) (FSE:Z12) ("NextGen" or the "Company") announces, further to its news release of November 7, 2025, that Ajay Toor was appointed interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company to fill the vacancy. The Company further announces that Ajay Toor has now resigned as a director and officer of the Company. The Company thanks Mr. Toor for his contributions and service. The Company is also pleased to announce that Steven Nguyen has been appointed as a director, Chief Financial Officer, Interim Chief Executive Officer and Corporate Secretary to fill the resulting vacancies.
