Further to the news release of Nov. 7, 2025, Ajay Toor was appointed interim chief executive officer of Nextgen Digital Platforms Inc. to fill the vacancy.

The company further announces that Ajay Toor has resigned as a director and officer of the company. The company thanks Mr. Toor for his contributions and service.

The company is also pleased to announce that Steven Nguyen has been appointed as a director, chief financial officer, interim chief executive officer and corporate secretary to fill the resulting vacancies.
