NEXUS INDUSTRIAL REIT ANNOUNCES THIRD QUARTER 2026 RESULTS DATE

Nexus Industrial REIT intends to release its financial results for the third quarter ended Sept. 30, 2026, before the opening of the Toronto Stock Exchange on Friday, Nov. 6, 2026.

Management of the REIT will host a conference call at 10 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on Friday, Nov. 6, 2026, to review the financial results and operations.
