NEXUS INDUSTRIAL REIT ANNOUNCES SECOND QUARTER 2026 RESULTS DATE, AND JULY AND AUGUST DISTRIBUTIONS

Nexus Industrial REIT intends to release its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026, before the opening of the TSX on Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2026.

Management of the real estate investment trust will host a conference call at 10 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2026, to review the financial results and operations.

July and August distributions

The REIT will make a cash distribution in the amount of 5.333 cents per unit, representing 64 cents per unit on an annualized basis, payable Aug. 14, 2026, to unitholders of record as of July 31, 2026.

The REIT will also make a cash distribution in the amount of 5.333 cents per unit, representing 64 cents per unit on an annualized basis, payable Sept. 15, 2026, to unitholders of record as of Aug. 31, 2026.
