NEXUS INDUSTRIAL REIT ANNOUNCES FIRST QUARTER 2026 RESULTS DATE

Nexus Industrial REIT intends to release its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026, before the opening of the Toronto Stock Exchange on Tuesday, May 12, 2026.

Management of the REIT will host a conference call at 10 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, to review the financial results and operations.
