Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated Nov. 30, 2023, and the expiry of the company's rights offering on Dec. 28, 2023, the exchange has accepted for filing the rights offering pursuant to which 8,316,425 common shares were subscribed at a price of 10.5 cents per share.
