NUINSCO FURTHER EXPANDS PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Nuinsco Resources Ltd. has further increased the size of the non-brokered private placement of flow-through common shares and common shares, announced on Nov. 7, 2025. Under the private placement, the company may issue up to 220 million flow-through shares and/or common shares, dependent on investor demand, priced at 0.5 cent, for an aggregate amount of $1.1-million.

On Jan. 8, 2026, the company announced it issued 73.18 million common shares at the subscription price for aggregate proceeds of $365,900. On Jan. 19, 2026, the company announced an increase in the private placement to an aggregate amount of $800,000. All securities issued pursuant to the private placement are subject to a four-month-plus-one-day statutory hold period following their issuance in accordance with the polices of the Canadian Securities Exchange and applicable Canadian securities laws.

Proceeds from the private placement will be used to advance the company's Prairie Lake critical metal project located near Terrace Bay, Ont.
